He aquí su grandeza.

The Hundredth Time (Duffy Driediger & Ryan Peters) by NK MUSIC

"I’ll quit Calypso" y "Neathe the streelights" cierran el disco.

NO, MY HEART WILL GO ON

Every day that goes by I die a little more,
Every day you’re not near, I’m crying at the door,
Now I’d be the first to say that this is no way to live a life.

But I try to get you off of my mind, I try to leave your love behind,
But I can’t shake, shake, shake your loving smilke
Can’t forget the days you drove me wild anymore, my love.

Walking in the park every weekday after dark,
listening to dogs bark, and searching for a spark,
for someone new to turn my days from blue to rosy.

Now that you’re gone there will be no "My heart will go on",
Blaring out from my window from dusk until dawn, I’ll go walking to the lake all by my lonesome,
to keep from making mistakes to the hill I will run.

THE HUNDRETH TIME

With a gust that could take down trees, Oh, I’m feeling ill at ease,
I don’t know why I even came here,
Oh won’t someone tell me please?

For I long to have your long arms about me,
But I know I’m crazy to even try.
I’m leaning on a lamppost outside the party,
and crying my eyes out for the hundredth time.

Two by two, they leave together,
I dream of you, up in the heather,
You’re singing softly, you’re singing sweet,
you’re singing "come on baby show me a love that’ll know me off my feet".

DREAMS OF ROMANCE

You’ve got me feeling heartache unlike any I’ve had before.
Feeling so low cause I don’t have you, I’m lying here on the floor,
with one eye on the door in case you show.

Well, it hurts me to know that I’ll never stand a chance with you,
I wish I could believe that my dreams of romance could come true,
We’d tumble in tall grasses under skies of blue.

No one’s missing me no, no one’s kissing me no,
no one’s a wondering where I’ve been or where I am going, no oh.

I showed up early to your costume party, dressed up like a pharaoph
I really should have come as Robin Hood and done
myself in with the arrow,
for you didn’t even once look my way.

ALONE AT THE PIER

Just because it’s springtime, does not mean it is
"I’ll give you everything"-time.
The blossoms on the streets, they may be in the bloom,
But that don’t mean that "I’ll love you, forever more",
know this for sure...

Just because my heart aches, does not mean I’m inconsolable,
Well, baby, I know I’m in trouble for I feel the way I do,
all pent up and blue and through and through it’s all because of you,
I’ve asked all my friends and they all tell me to,
run away from you boy, run away from you,
You’re no good, you never were.

Just because I unplugged the jukebox, and stopped,
listening to "96 Tears",
does not mean I won’t be crying, all alone at the pier,
And just because I see an ending in everything around,
with every tree branch bending I await the snapping around.

EVERYONE CAN TELL

Whisper my name, my heart leaps,
As if someday you’ll be mine,
But heaven know ’till then I’ll just tow the line, and try to rest easy.

It’s true for me, it’s not much fun,
to go around knowing there’s no one,
That’ll ever compare to you my love,
try to rest easy.

I don’t know why in my dreams we’re at some
lookout poin that’s fit for two,
and everyone can tell that I’m in love with you.
With "mockingbird Hill" on the radio, you catch a small
chill and off into the night I go,
So in love with you.

If I get bored, I’ll go to the store,
of watch the shadows play across the floor,
I’m not sure which gets to me more,
try you on the phone, the line’s busy.

I hear you’re in love, as the city’s twinkling below you,
and I know this is it for me ’deed I do, ’deed I do.
